Over 25 years ago I met this 10-year-old boy named Mansour in a hospital in Jerusalem while working as a journalist. His spirit and courage are clear in this only photo I took of him then, before I sent him to the USA for free care - the first injured Palestinian child to travel for treatment. Since then, I've founded PCRF and have been honored to provide thousands of more children like him free care. I'm cycling this summer with my friends at C4G to raise funds to help provide medical care and other humanitarian support for other injured children in Gaza like Mansour.
