PCRF was founded in 1991 to send children abroad from Palestine during the First Intifada for medical care that they could not get locally, and while we have expanded into a much bigger, more impactful organization, helping individual children travel for care is still one of our main programs. The only expenses that we have are related to getting the child there to start their treatment.
