PCRF is reconstructing and rehabilitating the operation theaters at Thabet Thabet Hospital in Tulkarem to support a population of over 200,000 residents living in the occupied West Bank. Thabet Thabet Hospital is Tulkarem's only public hospital and suffers from a deficiency in health services, and this project will expand and improve health services there and reduce referrals outside for care
